Agriculture Faculty
The Faculty of Agriculture is established within the Afghan International Islamic University (AIIU) based on the decision of the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, considering the importance of the country's agriculture sector. Currently, this faculty operates only at the postgraduate level (master's and doctorate) and soon it will start two master's programs (agricultural economics and rural development and animal production and nutrition) and one doctorate program (horticulture). This faculty plans to implement post-graduate programs in all fields of agriculture and provide professionals and experts in these fields to the community. The Faculty of Agriculture wants to become a reliable scientific research center in the field of agriculture at the level of the country and the region. Hence, it can make effective efforts by creating innovations in the direction of self-sufficiency of agricultural products of the country and the region and ensuring the food security of the growing population. In addition to nationally known academic staff, this faculty wants to hire international academic staff to achieve its goals properly.
