Finance and Administrative Vice-Chancellorship:

The Finance and Administrative Vice-Chancellorship is one of the important and key vice-chancellorships within the university, which consists of 5 directorates, 9 general management departments, and 9 Grade-5 positions, through which the administrative, financial, and all development-related tasks of the university are carried out.

Vision

The Finance and Administrative Vice-Chancellorship of Afghan International Islamic University aims to deliver services in accordance with international standards by applying modern and advanced methods in organizational structure, procurement, technology, and financial affairs.

Mission

Utilizing the available resources, the Finance and Administrative Vice-Chancellorship provides services in organizational development, procurement, finance, and information technology to all academic, research, and international relations departments of the university.

Objectives

  1. Efficient management of the university’s regular and development budgets.
  2. Ensuring transparency in the recruitment process by hiring qualified individuals for relevant administrative positions.
  3. Organizing seminars, workshops, and other institutional programs to enhance the capacity of staff.
  4. Communicating all university-related publication and cultural activities to the public through leadership and various media platforms.
  5. Providing maintenance, transportation, IT, and custodial services for the university.
  6. Timely provision of salaries, compensation, travel allowances, and overtime payments to all faculty and administrative staff.
  7. Submitting the university’s revenue to the state treasury in accordance with financial regulations.
  8. Completing construction and renovation projects as per current requirements.
  9. Maintaining and caring for both movable and immovable assets of the university.
  10. Building administrative and social relations with all vice-chancellorships and faculty deanships.
