The Evaluation of the University’s Financial and Administrative Affairs Vice Presidency Conducted by the Deputy Ministry for Financial and Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education
The Deputy Ministry for Financial and Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education conducted a comprehensive reform-oriented evaluation of the Financial and Administrative Affairs Vice Presidency of the Afghan International Islamic University.
The evaluation was carried out under the leadership of H.E. Sheikh Ziaurrahman Aryoubi, Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education. He was accompanied by officials from the Directorates of Publications and Public Relations, Finance and Accounting, Procurement and Services, Information Technology, and Human Resources. The assigned delegation thoroughly reviewed and assessed the annual performance and activities of the Financial and Administrative Affairs Vice Presidency and its respective departments.
At the outset of the program, Pohandoy Dr. Rafiullah Atta, President of the Afghan International Islamic University, welcomed the delegation. Subsequently, H.E. Sheikh Ziaurrahman Aryoubi delivered his opening remarks.
In his address, Mr. Aryoubi emphasized the importance of reforms in the financial and administrative sectors, ensuring transparency and accountability, and further strengthening institutional processes. He advised the responsible officials to carry out their duties effectively, systematically, and in full compliance with the نافذه laws and regulations.
Thereafter, the delegation closely evaluated the activities of the Financial and Administrative Affairs Vice Presidency and its relevant departments. The team also reviewed the activities, innovations, and achievements accomplished during the year 1404 (Solar Hijri year) and listened to the challenges presented by the heads of the respective departments. The delegation assured that the issues raised would be addressed in a timely manner.
It is worth mentioning that previously, the Deputy Ministry for Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education had also evaluated the Academic Affairs Vice Presidency, as well as the Research Vice Presidency and the Scientific Journal of the Afghan International Islamic University.
