تفاهم‌نامه همکاری علمی مشترک بین پوهنتون اسلامی بین‌المللی افغان و پوهنتون تخار امضا شد

این تفاهم‌نامه از سوی دکتور رفيع الله منیب، معاون علمی پوهنتون اسلامی بین‌المللی افغان و مولوی کمال الدین منیب، رییس پوهنتون تخار با حضورداشت پوهنیار عبدالحی کیوان رییس پوهنځی انجنیری این پوهنتون، قاری محمد بشیر مجاهد معاون علمی پوهنتون تخار و دکتور عبدالرحمن پژواک، معاون تحقیقات علمی پوهنتون تخار به امضا رسید.

بر اساس این تفاهم‌نامه دو طرف در زمینه های علمی و تحقیقی با یکدیگر همکاری و تبادل نظر خواهند کرد.
