Meeting of the General Quality Enhancement Committee Held
A meeting of the General Quality Enhancement Committee of the Afghan International Islamic University was held under the chairmanship of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Dr. Abdul Wahid Liaqat. The meeting was attended by the deputies of the university’s vice chancellorships, the deans of faculties, and members of the Quality Enhancement Committee.
At the beginning of the session, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Dr. Abdul Wahid Liaqat, welcomed the participants and delivered remarks on the significance and importance of the Quality Enhancement Committee. He stated that ensuring quality and conducting continuous evaluation constitute the fundamental pillars of advancement in higher education.
Subsequently, in accordance with the meeting agenda, discussions were held on the committee’s key activities and achievements during the previous period, including the preparation of checklists for the vice chancellorships and faculties, the evaluation of the vice chancellorships, faculties, and departments, the positive outcomes of staff performance, and the work plans of the relevant committees for the upcoming year.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Abdul Wahid Liaqat expressed his appreciation to the Quality Enhancement Committee and commended their efforts and accomplishments. He emphasized the need for the committee to further strengthen its initiatives in the future and to intensify efforts toward enhancing the university’s academic standards.
